It could seem in fashion talking about mobbing, double mobbing etc. but unfortunately it is not.

Harald Ege - a German researcher since time living in Italy - has carried out a careful analysis highlighting the causes provoking individuals' psychophysical reactions that are sometimes dramatic.
The spread of mobbing comes from the even more frenetic way of life, competition, absence of moral values and reference points featuring the current society.

The mobbing practiced against an individual provokes worse effects than an infective disease, since also families are destabilized and submitted to stress of such an intensity to turn all relatives psychologically weak.
Ege's investigation explains clearly the origin of many pathologies often hard to diagnose, but also the connections between psychological stress and arising of diseases not easy to identify. It is not brought forward anymore the relationship between uneasiness or psychological stress and oncologic diseases. Emblematic, this matter, the cases of professor Caneschi and Enzo Tortora about which professor Ege must extend his research.

The Italian health evolution, starting from the 1992 reformation act, bases on the health structures management as enterprises, establishing a new professional status, that of the physician-manger. Furthermore the President decree 484/97 has introduced the principle of the training of the candidates to the health direction and managing charges. So new means of updating are required, mainly in economy.

The cd-rom published by the Accademia Nazionale di Medicina, by this point of view, offers a wide range information, subdivided into six sections: health service as an enterprise, the main references established by norms, the physician's responsibility, the tools of the managing physician, the problems featuring the new health enterprises, a health enterprise reference model.
