Graduated in
Medicine and Surgery at Faculty II of the University of Naples. Assistant at
the same Faculty, he then became a Research Fellow at the House Ear Institute
in Los Angeles. In 1987,
was Associate Professor in Otorhinolaryngology at Faculty II of the University
of Naples. Since 1990, has been Temporary Professor in the same discipline.
Since 1997 has been Director of the Institute of Otorhinolaryngology in the
Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Naples. Author and co-author of publications in scientific
journals and chapters in books and monographs, delegate for Italy with the
European Rhinologic Society, and Founding Member of the European Laryngologic
Society.
