As if there were not
enough social problems in our country:
we only needed the
problem of pedophilia and, as always, we have gone far beyond the limits
of all aberration. On the other hand, it is only hypocrisy to pretend
to be scandalized when, in the last few years, conformists have been
preaching sexual freedom and have been supporting behaviours beyond
all morality, often passing the limits of good taste.
All values have been
cancelled, as well as all the ethical principles that represent an inhibiting
restraint against the most brutal instincts.
As the saying goes:
"Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind". Apart from all violent images,
what really causes most pain is the bewildered and frightened look of
children and their tears, their refusal to come back to their mothers,
their family.
Sociologists, psychologists,
and all those who analyse and study the issues of current society have
not become aware of the cancer that has spread in our society! After
the terrible images shown by TV, today there are people who wonder whether
it is right to publish lists with pedophiles' names, in the name of
the right of privacy of these subjects.
Well, the right of
privacy, too, has an insurmountable limit, i.e. that of preventing these
individuals from doing physical and moral harm to innocent children
in order to satisfy their perversions.
It seems that in Italy
there are already thousands of these subjects; yet, politicians keep
on talking of new laws and reforms, but then only take part in TV forums
to advertise themselves for the next elections.
Maybe politicians, instead
of blathering, should at least have the decency to keep silent, and
should instead gather around a table, in a public debate, rightists,
leftists and centrists, in order to make a clear and exhaustive law.
This law should prevent
magistrates from having recourse to tricks that allow them to give their
personal interpretation of crime according to their political convictions
and ideas, therefore leading to the release of these criminals. It is
indispensable to speed up trials, so that ordinary citizens do not have
to hope in God for justice, and wait that these people go to hell. It
would be a miracle if all that happened in a short time: a decree would
be sufficient, but unfortunately at present the government has other
problems to deal with.
Children can wait...it
is sufficient to talk of them. Newspapers have published a report from
the World Health Organization, according to which Italy ranks second
as far as health efficiency is concerned. However, the figures we have,
also provided by the WHO and compared with the Italian ones, are not
certainly encouraging for our country.
