In Bruxelles European Union rejects Italy, consequently Health system, to have issued discriminant rules to pharmaceutical companies and our country. If Italy didn't point out well-grounded reasons, it would be remitted to Court of Justice.
The proceedings concerning Italy are referred to Italian tariffs of repayable pharmaceutical products, , that are so lower than in other countries that are considered unacceptable in a free competition context.
Rosy Bindi, about this item, started polemizing to Antitrust too. Tesauro accuses the Health System Reform and its application but Minister doesn't accept criticisms and answers by her usual tones to Guarantor's comments.
