On a side there is in fact the risk of a negative impact,  related to image, on the other side it has been highlighted, however already known, a 'parallel' market of products via internet. An example valid for all: that concerning the already renown and infamous hormone of which is produced only by a little number of firms, among which the Serono, the Ely Lilli and the Pharmacia-Upjohn, whose prescription must observe a special bureaucratic procedure.  
It seems instead that producers, often Asiatic, carry out out of control sales via internet, supplying customers who are athletes trying to power 'fast' their own musculature.
