Piergiorgio Spaggiari...............Telematic in Medicine

To develop other tasks featuring computers, that is writing texts, receiving e-mail, employing Internet.
This new telematic systems evolution is directly related to the microprocessor memory and calculation system evolution that is of the “Kip”, in other words the proper computer brain. It will be reached a speed that will allow to carry our nearly 100 billions operations per second, and more, while nowadays the faster  calculator, employing Pentium II , carries out nearly 7 millions operations per second.
The evolution does not concern only the proper equipment part, the batteries, the memory shields, but mainly the software part that must be able to manage easily great quantities of information that is 20 billions bytes and more.
All considering, as a premise to the articles will follow, it is not acceptable that in hospitals, where equipment employing advanced informatic systems (TAC, RNM, ultrasound scan etc.)  are already in use, are not employed telematic systems allowing all structures interconnect themselves into a one great national and international health net, on the ill customer service.
