Ruled bar drugs? Antitrust says no.

Notwithstanding the best will of pharmaceutical houses and Ministry of Health, that have met an agreement, self- regulation of prices of bar drugs has been rejected by the Antitrust Authority, deeming it as prejudicial of free competence. So the class C drugs - purchasable in pharmacies without prescription - go on benefiting from a free regime of prices. For once even in Italy, the State makes a pace backwards.
