COURSE ON TRANSFUSION THERAPY

Vittorio Veneto Jolly Hotel will host (May 27-28, '99) a course on transfusion therapy: deontology, medical and legal aspects, clinical indications. The course wil be headed by Franco Mandelli (Dept. of Cells Biotechnology and Ematology) and Gabriella Girelli (Transfusion Centre), both belonging to University La Sapienza. Among topics to be treated: consent to tranfusion therapy, role of physicians according to current laws, albumin therapy.
