While are getting crueller and more numerous the wars all over the world, bringing all the consequences they produce (genocide, populations' psychophysical annihilation, and destruction), scientific investigation about human being cloning hastens. The questions planted by mankind are of such an extent and so shocking that overcome by far any other problem, as far as important it could be . It seems that man is filled with a destructive euphoria and at the same time longs for immortality and believes to become 'God', or rather more than 'God'. Indeed, while “God”, in any religion, plants precise rules for life and corresponding penance, man believes he can be better than God, so justifies and awards everyone's mistakes, sometimes punishing who instead behaviours civilly. It's enough to listen to the declarations spread by mass media about immigration to have a confirmation. In this confusion it is necessary to set some questions. That's the reason why we have instituted a Bioethics committee, formed by experts who will investigate by the means of their experiences and acknowledgement. The end of the millennium is also the beginning of the end of mankind? This one will be the first question they will be asked to debate. The first members of the Bioethics committee I have the honour of introducing you are:
