Snia has changed the manegement and the inner law.

Big news for Snia. The meeting of the share owners has elected the new management and has allowed the increase of capital of 7.5 billion lire. The new management is the following Carlo Calleri, Umberto Colombo, Luigi Giribaldi, Antonio Pedersoli, Andrea Pininfarina, Piero Rastelli, Umberto Rosa, Saverino Salvemini, Dario Trevisan, Cornelio Valetto e Luigi Verde. The inner rules have been changed according to the principle of the corporate governance.
