7. An expert of the topic of European Union, he has been Director of the Granada University Centre for European Studies since 1963,where he has carried out a great deal of work in research and disseminating information through courses , conferences and articles.

The author of works on pharmaceutical, scientific and political subjects, he has had wide experience in universities ,having been Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Director of the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology and Director of the Institute of Languages at the University of Granada.
