CURRICULUM VITAE EDOARDO BERTI RIBOLIGraduated
with full marks in 1962. Forensic medicine, angiology and general
surgery specialist. In
1970 he has qualified for university teaching in special surgery pathology.
In the 70s he has worked at the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, United States,
the St. Marc's Hospital and the Westminster Hospital in London and
in 1976 has organised the first interdisciplinary institute for the
research of the colon and rectum diseases. In
1978 he became assistant professor at the University of Genoa and
in 1982 he founded together with other teacher and researches of the
University of Genoa the scientific institute Medicina Domani, he has
been at the head till now. This institute deals with investigation
on drug, medical technologies and medical informatics. In
1986 he became full professor of General surgery at the University
of Genoa and has held the teaching of Surgery Semiotics till 1997;
this year he gets the chair of surgical pathology. He'
s author or more than 250 publications and 6 books, among which two
university tests and four monographs. |
