The war of Kosovo, started at 8 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday March 24th, will surely be a turning point in the history of our country. In this conflict we attend inhumane behaviours against the Albanians: sons killed in front of mothers, men burnt, bodies mutilated. The international diplomacy is going on searching a formula to stop so much suffering. The humanitarian effort is huge and Italy is in the front line as regard to solidarity even because at the bottom we are the most involved, since having a geographical position making war being at our doors. It is recorded the conquering expectations of Milosevic, being possible the extension of the conflict to the Montenegro, where it's getting more serious the spectre of the civil war. As regard to Italy a group of pro-Communist jurists has stated that the war for the Kossovo is an illegitimate war, so they will report the countries adherent to the Nato for aggressions and crimes against humankind. This fact points out that the right is more right for somebody and less right for others. As in all dramas there's an amusing fact, and it must not come from anybody but Umberto Bossi, who must side with the Kossovo since its political instances and since Kossovo has the same claim as the Po Valley. Instead, stop, he - we don't know if he is such or he simulates - and with a great coherence sides with Milosevic. As regard to the health reformation, it is foreseen on May 27th the lock-out of the health service, both public and private, being programmed meetings and panels against the disposals of Minister Bindi.
