Palliative Care

Palermo 1-5 aprile 2001

Palermo will host the VII Congress of the European Association for Palliative Care (April 1-5 2001). Meeting will be probably attended by 300 specialists coming from 60 countries: oncologists, anesthesiologists, pediatrists. Among the topics to be treated: the assistance to terminally-ill patients, control protocols and therapy at distance, validation of diagnostic instruments.

Allergology and clinical immunology

The “V International Consensus Conference of Allergology and Clinical Immunology” will be held at the Centro Congressi Europa of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Rome (April 22-25, 2001).
