From the Court of Cassation a support to the cancers patients.

A recent decision of the Supreme Court (n. 1705-work section) asserts the legitimacy of the escorting payments for the citizens undergoing chemotherapy under day-hospital regime or anyhow if they regular attend hospital structure. It is deemed that nearly 300.000 patients al over Italy could benefit from the compensation foreseen by the Court of Cassation.
