The monthly appointment makes us select among the most meaningful events over which focalizing our attention. For the first time we are in trouble. So setting apart sectors not strictly related to health, let's try to narrow the field. Is Health so ill then? Standing mass media it enters a depression state: “Corruption : other 20 physicians in troubles “, “I paid physicians to advertize my clinic “, “Here's the map of the false admissions“, “The litter tips over, the woman falls and dies “. Pots used to sterilise surgical instruments in the operating theatres, simple liposuction operations bringing to lethal consequences, lists of physicians everyday receiving notices of investigation or arrested do not let optimism and damage even more the image of our country in the international scientific community, while there are very high professionalism centres and researchers. Which the cure to bring back profession to a greater awareness about one's own duties and not only one's own rights? The sizeable part of the magistracy's interventions concern presumed economic torts; but which measure is it adopted against who must control so that situations would not degenerate and haven't done it? Over territory there are organs having the duty to verify, certain situations must not go unnoticed, ignored, even in hospitals in demographic relevant places. These cases citizens are confused, the relationship with physician who during the disease is surely the most important figure for patients is getting even worse. A moment of reflection is required mainly by those who work honestly and morally, it cannot be postponed anymore a formula or a measure to be taken so to safeguard oneself and as a professional category, any level.
