After a brief of euphoria, it's going on the first troubles for the Euro within the financial field, as regard to dollar, while Italy is engaged in the first great financial operation showing the public sector against the private. The clash between Telecom and Olivetti shows clearly the contradiction of the Italian economic system, concerning the political matter. Expectations? The presence of foreign financiers has a special account, at least for insiders. Among the so much knots to untie in the State reform, one of the priorities is the transfer of sources to regions and municipalities for an amount of 10.000 billions. This measure is hard to put into act since the instability of Government, due to the current crisis among the several parties forming it (UDR, DS, PPI, RI etc.) and the rise of the new Prodi's party. The ground of instability is just due to the several matters the Government must deal with and about which the majority does not have a common line. After the scandals of Veneto and Lombardia (the first already called off), Minister Bindi launches the idea of the anti-fraud card, so bureaucracy over bureaucracy, while at the Senate it is on discussion the bill to abolish the medicines reference book and the expenditure ceiling. Since the importance of the matter in the health field we report the salient fragments of the debate.
